Mary Ellen Schilling

SCHILLING - Mary Ellen of Point Lookout, NY on March 22, 2024 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.  Beloved daughter of the late Francis L. Schilling and the late Teresa M. Schilling. A dedicated and compassionate nurse for 42 years, the last 15 as Assistant VP of Infection Prevention at Northwell Health. Survived by her brothers Francis (Susan), John (Robin), Thomas (Christine) and her sister Elizabeth Conroy. She was adored by her nephew Ryan Schilling (Kylee) and nieces Kathryn Havermann (Ryan), Alexis Schilling, and Sienna Schilling. Her great nephews Callum Schilling and Beau Havermann brought her much joy at the end of her life and she was able to see her newest great niece Alden Havermann born March 7. Her family is grateful for the love and support provided by cousins and friends.
