Alice L. Aji

Alice Lena Aji, 86, a long time resident of New Hyde Park, NY, died peacefully on March 12, 2019 at Calvary Hospital. 

Alice was born on September 8, 1932 in Astoria, NY, an only child to her parents John and Lena Kaiser from Schotten, Germany.  

She was loving wife to the late Nicholas Aji and loving mother to Karen, Nicholas (sp: Mary) and Richard.  She was beloved grandmother to Elaina, John (sp: Kristina), Nicole (sp: Scott), Christopher (sp: Katherine) and Michael (sp: Erin).   She was a cherished great grandmother to her four granddaughters: Colette, Allison, Cora and Kaelyn.   

She was the definition of a survivor - having overcome two battles with cancer over her lifetime.  She lived a long, full, life and will be remembered most for her strong will, her courage and her deep love of family.
