Corazon A. Buenafe

Maria Corazon Alonzo Buenafe passed away peacefully in her sleep on Oct 13th, 2019 at the age of 79.   She is survived by her loving husband, Marcelo, her daughters, Carrisa Buenafe, Clorinda Suarez and her husband, Anthony. Beloved grandmother to Jacob Buenafe and Sofia Suarez. Cherished sister to Fidela Alonzo,  Francisco Alonzo and his wife Theresa, Patrocinia Marfil and her husband Alfredo, Adriano Alonzo and his wife, Conception, Efren Alonzo and his wife Evangeline, Julian Alonzo and his wife, Rieanne, Edgardo Alonzo and his husband, Sandy, Renato Alonzo and his wife Marivic, sister-in-law, Rufina Barrion and her husband, Alfred.  She enjoyed the blessings of many many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.  Family meant everything to her and she was loved by many. 

The viewing is at The Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Homes on Wed 10/16 from 2-5pm and 5-7pm 125 Hillside Avenue.  Funeral Mass is 10:30am at the Immaculate Conception Church in Jamaica Estates.  Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmindale NY
