Dolores Joan Dykeman

Dolores Dykeman, 80, passed peacefully on Friday November 17, 2023. Born on September 26, 1943, she was the youngest of two. Dolores is survived by her three children, Thomas, Darren, and Debbie, as well as her four grandchildren. Throughout her life she was an artist focused on beautiful landscapes and still life portraits. She was an avid lover of life and nature, always taking the time to take in the beauty that surrounds us. She valued family time and a great meal over all else. She was always available to friends and family when they needed to talk or wanted to spend time with someone; she was always ready with advice or a shoulder to cry on. Dolores will be remembered every time you notice the beauty in nature, and for her headstrong nature, her fierce love of family, and her enjoyment of silly moments in life. A funeral service will be held on Monday November 20, 2023 at Sacred Heart Church.
