Marie Paradiso

In loving memory of Marie Paradiso who passed away on April 19. Born to Pasquale and Giuseppina Lore on May 13, 1928 in Corona, Queens. Loving wife of Vincent Paradiso for nearly seventy-three years. Mother of Patrick and Rose Marie. Grandmother to Patrick Joseph and Jonathan Matthew. Great-grandmother to Francesca, Anthony and Rineen Oona. Marie will be remembered for holding to strong Italian family values, and the great times she had with her four sisters who predeceased her.  Marie knew how to have fun, be it with the Islanders’ booster club, AARP meetings and travels abroad. Always willing to lend a hand for charitable causes. Marie will be missed, but will always remain in our hearts. RIP.
