Losing both of my Parents in the past three years has been hard to say the least. With my Moms passing in the past two months I was basically on my own planning her Funeral. The wonderful Staff at Daltons answered every question and was by my side every step of the way!!! Amanda was an excellent Director as well as a friend I could turn to when times got hard. She was compassionate and caring when I needed it most!!!! The entire Staff took care of my Mom as if she was part of their Family. I am grateful to Erica Giglio and the Thomas F. Dalton staff for all of their excellent service after my father, Samuel Marshall, passed away on August 13, 2022. They were very professional, and kind and they made the whole process painless. I cannot thank Erica enough for all of her help and kindness!

On behalf of my family, I would like express our appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional service and care that was shown to our mother and our family. Victor, James, Chris, Erica and the rest of the staff made every effort to make the most difficult time in our lives easier. Dalton’s had such complete professionalism, compassion, and thoughtfulness. Erica, we cannot express enough how beautiful our mother looked. James we love the particular care you took to arrange the rosary over the blanket in a shape of a heart, we can’t thank you enough for that! Additionally, I need to point out how large and airy the facility was. I always have an asthma attack in most funeral homes I have ever been in due to the flowers. There was a large amount of flowers and no issues with any smell of flowers! Also very comfortable and light colors, not dark or morbid as some other homes are. The lovely Dove Ornament was a special remembrance for my mother's passing, and that was such a kind touch.

Dalton Funeral home was amazing. They helped us every step of the way. The memorial we had was beautiful, the room, the set up, the military honors, everything. Every time I called about something the person answering was kind and helpful. I am so thankful that we used Dalton. Great people!

I cannot express enough how lovely my mother looked. The compassion and grace of the staff was outstanding. Our family was treated like royalty and my mom was cared for with extreme delicacy, care and elegance. Thank you and god bless the Dalton staff

When my brother Phillip Flores, died, due to Covid-19
Dalton Funeral Director helped us with death certificates, and the cremation process, including A standout attention to the timely transport of my brother from NYC to Dalton’s Funeral Home in LI. As we were concerned, his body being put in a refrigerated truck.
Shortly after, news broke, as to Dozens of Decomposing Bodies Found in Trucks at a Brooklyn Funeral Home. I called and the staff addressed these concerns immediately and gave me the assurance that my brother was in your possession and his remains given the utmost respect. Your service helped us through a very difficult time with kindness and compassion.
We are grateful to you and your Staff. We want to commend you for the professional way in which you handled everything in our time of grief.
But this was not the end to your compassion… A much appreciated gesture was the receipt of a card from Dalton, addressed “In loving Memory of Phillip Flores”.
