Donald Sorrentino

On Wednesday, February 24, 2021, Donald Sorrentino passed away at his home at the age of 74.  Donald was born on March 16, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY to Andrew and Helen Sorrentino.  Donald was father to three daughters, Daria, Andrea, and Laura.  He retired after an extensive career in the financial industry for over 30 years and later enjoyed working as a limousine driver.  Donald spent his free time golfing, traveling, washing his cars, and being with family and friends.  He had a laugh and smile that were contagious.  Donald was preceded in death by his father, Andrew, and his mother, Helen, and his brother, Anthony. He is survived by his daughters, Daria (Charlie), Andrea, and Laura (Michael) and his four grandchildren, Charles, Dominic, Leah, and Hayley.
Services will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 2-6pm at Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, 2786 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown.  Virtual services will be held at the same time and can be accessed through https://www.thomasfdaltonfuneralhomes.com/tributes/Donald-Sorrentino.
Mass will be held on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 11:00am at St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church, 3100 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown.  Burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Queens.  Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Good Shepherd Hospice.
