Dr Rimberto C. Sangalang

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Dr. Rimberto “Rim” Catapang Sangalang, 80 years old, of East Meadow, NY announce his passing surrounded by his loving family. Born in Taal, Batangas, Philippines on July 18, 1942. Rim was the son of the late Mayor Gaudencio Sangalang and Aquilina Sangalang. Rim was a resident of NY after immigrating to America in 1972. Dr. Rimberto Sangalang attended Medical School at UERM Philippines and took his residency in New York, U.S.A. He was a good provider to his family and dedicated to his work. He was a very generous man with no second thought of helping others. Rim is survived by her loving wife Leonora Sangalang, together with his beloved children, grandchildren, and great granddaughter. Rim is also survived by her dear sister and two brothers, nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
