Yvonne Syracuse

Syracuse, Yvonne (nee Smith), was a caring wife, mother and grandmother. She died on February 13, 2021 at the age of 94. She was united in marriage to Joseph A. Syracuse on September 24, 1950. He preceded in death in February 2013. They were married for 63 blissful years. Yvonne received her bachelor’s degree from Cooper Union in 1950. She was an accomplished artist belonging to several art leagues. She is survived by her children and spouses Karen (Richard) Bonura, Nicole and Michael, Matthew (Mary), Daniel and Christine. Visitation and funeral service will be held on Wednesday morning 9-11AM at Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home 29 Atlantic Ave. Floral Park NY. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY.
